Book Week Day 5 - Pyjama Day - Dr. Seuss' Birthday
On the last day of Book Week, we decided to dress up (or down) in our pyjamas! It was on 2nd March, which was Dr. Seuss' birthday, so we celebrated first of all by having a healthy treat: banana and strawberry kebabs, in recognition of 'The Cat in the Hat.' We held another D.E.A.R. session, and then finished the day with a viewing of the film 'The Cat in the Hat.' It has been an exciting week with fun activities and lots of reading. Let's hope the reading continues throughout the school year!
